Online Registration

In order to avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the Assembly, all participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register online by clicking "Register for this Event" button below.

Delegates who have pre-registered online, submitted a compliant picture and have their original credentials in order will be eligible for a fast issuance of their event badge.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

12 to 16 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to Resident Delegations only from 1400 to 1700 hours
19 to 23 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A39 attendees from 0900 to 1700 hours
24 & 25 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A39 attendees from 0900 to 2000 hours
26 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A39 attendees from 0930 to 2000 hours*
27 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from 0730 to 1700 hours
28 to 30 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from 0830 to 1700 hours
1 October 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from 0700 to 1700 hours
3 to 7 October 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from 0830 to 1700 hours

*IWAF Registration will take place from 0700 to 0930 on 26 September 2016.

**Please note that on the Council elections days (i.e. 1 and 4 October 2016), the Registration/Credentials Centre will suspend its operations one hour prior to the commencement of the voting sessions, and until the conclusion of the Plenary Meeting concerned.
