Please submit your request, indicating your registration category, together with the official letter of designation and the names, titles, and email addresses of the designated participants, to: Ms. Virginia Tavella – vtavella@icao.int

Please note that a valid passport and a copy of your registration confirmation will be required at the registration desk when you pick up your badge.
