Please be advised that there are two separate sessions available, one for the workshop and the meeting. We kindly ask that you select your preferred session prior to submitting your registration.

To ensure a smooth registration process, please note the following:

1. Please submit paper(s) by 12 January 2027

2. Official Nomination and Online Registration

• Each State, Special Administrative Region, or Organization must provide ICAO with an official nomination letter or email for all delegates by 08 January 2027.
• Each nominated delegate must also register individually online by 12 January 2027 to ensure proper processing of credentials.
