Convene States, the aviation community, international organizations and financial institutions to identify needs and facilitate funding and financing required to accelerate the implementation of international civil aviation global standards and policies in support of the No Country Left Behind (NCLB) initiative, and share information between sectors to ensure sufficient resources for sustainable aviation development.

Any participant arriving before the 22th of September, is encouraged to register beforehand. We encourage participants who will attend both the IWAF and the 39th Assembly, to register prior to Thursday September 22.
