1. Key Deadlines
To ensure a smooth registration process, please note the following:
• 24 March 2026 – Deadline for Paper Submissions.
• 7 April 2026 – Deadline for official nominations and registrations.
2. Official Nomination and Online Registration
• Each State, Special Administrative Region, or Organization must provide ICAO with an official nomination letter or email for all delegates by 7 April 2026.
• Each nominated delegate must also register individually online by 7 April 2026 to ensure proper processing of credentials.
