The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) agreed to convene the Second Meeting of the Cybersecurity Panel (CYSECP/2) from 5 to 9 June 2023, at ICAO Headquarters in Montréal, Canada. Accordingly, I wish to extend an invitation to this meeting to the Panel Member/Observer nominated by your State/Organization, and any advisers assigned to assist them.
