1. Please submit paper(s) and register by 23 October 2023

2. When registering for the webinar, please attach your copy of credentials at the Event Specific Information Page, such as Nomination Letter from State/Administration; and/or provide your official email address for validation of your registration.

3. Registration of participants

3.1. Participants shall ensure their State/Special Administrative Region/Organization completes their official online registration at the above website no later than 23 October 2023.

3.2. In case of multiple delegates are nominated from a State/Organization, each nominated delegate should register themselves separately.
