To ensure a smooth registration process, please take note of the following cut-off dates:
April 07, 2026: Deadline for Official Nominations.
2. Participant Registration
2.1. Official Online Registration : All participants must ensure their State, Special Administrative Region, or Organization completes the official online registration via the website by April 07, 2026.
2.2. Individual Registration : If a State or Organization is nominating multiple delegates, each delegate must register individually to ensure their credentials are processed correctly.
