Eleventh Meeting of the Facilitation Panel (FALP/11) (Completed)

The Panel will be advised of facilitation-related developments in ICAO since its Tenth Meeting (10 to 13 September 2018), including the resolutions of the 40th Session of the Assembly (A40) (24 September to 4 October 2019) related to facilitation matters (e.g. A40-15, Development and implementation of facilitation provisions — combatting human trafficking, A40-16, Consolidated statement of continuing ICAO policies related to facilitation), the 30th meeting of the AVSEC Panel (13-17 May 2019), the Fifteenth Symposium and Exhibition on the ICAO Traveller Identification Programme (TRIP) (25 to 28 June 2019), the Second High-level Conference on Aviation Security (HLCAS/2, 29 to 30 November 2018) and the recent consideration, by the Air Transport Committee (ATC), of matters relating to passenger data exchange, especially Passenger Name Record (PNR) data.
