ICAO is organizing these event with a theme of "Sustainability and enhancement of safety and air navigation system performance" in an effort to support the cost-effective implementation of operational improvements, the aviation system block upgrades (ASBU), and ensure readiness and interoperability of the air navigation systems to meet the expectations of the aviation community.

Sunday, 10 December from 13:00 to 18:00 hours
Monday, 11 December from 07:30 to 10:00 hours
Tuesday, 12 December from 08:00 to 09:00 hours
Wednesday, 13 December from 07:30 to 09:30 hours
Wednesday, 13 December from 13:30 to 15:00 hours
Thursday, 14 December from 08:00 to 09:00 hours
Friday, 15 December from 08:30 to 09:00 hours
