1. Key Deadlines
To ensure a smooth registration process, please note the following:
• 18 May 2026 – Deadline for Paper Submissions.
• 18 May 2026 – Deadline for official nominations and registrations.
2. Official Nomination and Online Registration
• Each State, Special Administrative Region, or Organization must provide ICAO with an official nomination letter or email for all delegates by 18 May 2026.
• Each nominated delegate must also register individually online by 18 May 2026 to ensure proper processing of credentials.
3. Two separate meetings are listed below. Please select the session(s) you would like to attend.
